POA who just happens to live with me and by the way she claims I sign

If you can post here, I would guess ur of sound mind. You can revolk the POA. The best way is thru the lawyer who drew it up. I would also ask to have her removed from my home. Also, that she hand over any paperwork she says u have signed. If this is overwhelming call Office of Aging and see if they or Adult Protection Services will help u.

Bakers act is for those people who are a threat to themselves or others.

POA is not in effect unless its immediate, otherwise its "springing" and then incompetence has to be proven.

More information would help.   Who did you choose for your proxy?  Relative?  Friend?  Neighbor?  

Are these kinds of threats common?  And if so, is there a reason why you haven't revoked the POA and created a  new one?

And what does she claim you signed?

More information would really help responses to your specific concerns.

No one should be threatened with being Baker Acted.
