I would like to learn how to become a licensed in home care giver for my mother. What steps would it take to become an HHA or care provider?

Call your local County 2 yr Colleges or Technical schools to see if they offer courses. CNA and HHA are a little different when it comes what they are taught. In Pa their Care agencies offer training and then hire u as an employee getting a salary and benefits. You may want to see if that is offered i your state.
