Can someone please tell me what an emergency detention order is? How do I get one?
My mother was sick with a bloodclot in 2014 her doctor has dismissed her cause he finally noticed she was lying to him. I'm worried about her but its like I don't know who she is. She is hurting me on purpose.
Its an order where Mom can be removed from your home because she is a threat to you. Try your local police to see how to go about getting one. Looks like a Judge has to order it. Even if its Dementia, she is a threat.
