My father is recovering from the flu, has difficulty walking due to hip pain, and is on oxygen most of the time. He also receives nebulizer treatments. He was recently move from the hospital to recover in a Rehab center in New York City. We would like to move him to a different rehab center for the following reasons: 1) They missed providing him his precription drugs timely, 2) the doctor ordered tests a few days ago that never occurred, 3) they lost his clothes, 4) the food is not good, 5) the caregivers are not always attentive to his needs.
