Should you use a lawyer? without a doubt.

You can get Wills and other documents updated at the same time.

omaanddeann1, I agree with JoAnn's posting about using an Attorney, and possible problems down the road if you use a POA off the Internet, all it takes is
one missing word or one misplaced word.

Plus an "Elder Law Attorney" can suggest other legal documents that may be needed.

Me personally says yes. I feel its more legal binding. My Moms medical read like a living will. It will be witnessed and notarized.

Some will say there are forms on the internet but I think doing it this way could be questioned down the line.
