omaanddeann1, I agree with JoAnn's posting about using an Attorney, and possible problems down the road if you use a POA off the Internet, all it takes is one missing word or one misplaced word.
Plus an "Elder Law Attorney" can suggest other legal documents that may be needed.
Should you use a lawyer? without a doubt.

Some will say there are forms on the internet but I think doing it this way could be questioned down the line.
