Hi Aging Care family!

Does anyone have an example of the detailed accounting form they use when reporting the annual financial status of your loved one?

I also need some guidance of what format I need to use and/or what the inventory report should look like that I must provide to the court regarding my Mom's estate.

My attorney has been quite lousy in advising me on this (and I will be hiring a new one). And in the sake of time and compliance, I need to get this all together.

Thanks!

IF your mother is no longer alive, your guardianship is over and you write a letter to the court explaining that. They may want a closeout report.

Ask about guardianship training through the Surrogate Court. Usually it is required for the Guardian to attend training. Every state has a slightly different manual that guardians must follow. Your county surrogate court website should have a manual you can download.
