My Dad was supplied with a stair glide in his home by the VA. He has recently passed. Is VA going to remove it?

I don’t think they will, especially since your mom who as a veteran’s spouse could benefit. The VA supplied things like life guardian alert, cane, walker, etc. to my father and didn’t want any of them back when he passed even though several items were completely unused. His social worker said they were his - “earned for serving his country.” You could contact your VA social worker to verify.
