"Google is your friend" If you search you will find all types of washable incontinence underwear for men. I see Depends makes a washable one! They have them in brief, boxer brief so either style can be found. Looks like the one recommended as "the best' is by Confitex
Caution: Adult male urine fragrance is difficult to get out of clothing, diapers, bedding, etc. I mean, VERY. And one go produces a lot of it. It's a nasty odor that lingers in the nose, the bed, the carpet, and the clothing until you want to burn everything, including your nose hair, rather than wash it. Having dealt with this issue, I prefer disposables. (A long-time soak in pure vinegar works about the best of anything I've tried, but a burn barrel is much easier.)
Don't compare it with a child's diaper. Nothing alike.
I went with a realtor to a cute farmhouse owned by an elderly man! She opened the door and backed up and asked if I had a good stomach! The whole house was stenched with urine! Every piece of furniture was drenched! He was not there and I wondered if he smelled like his home? Every bed was soaked straight through the mattresses! He had the covers pulled down so all of the beds could dry! It's sad when a house reeks of a smell that never goes away! A few months later the house was torn down! It looked like someone was trying to get the odor out, but years of him leaking all over damaged everything! The same goes for smokers! They ruin everything with smoke! Another stench that lives forever! My kids couldn't wear disposables! I used to wash the diapers twice! First time in warm water with bleach and detergent and the second time in hot water, detergent and baking soda! I also line dried them to bleach them and make them smell good! I'm exhausted just thinking about it!
A gentleman was beside by husband in the nursing facility and he had a collection bag on his leg. His wife/or the aide if need be, would empty it. Very easy and not at all noticeable. He usually wore sleep or even regular loose let jeans and you never knew it was there.
men are so lucky there are many options because the have a nozzle. First address the incontinence problem. There are external catheters essentially you wear a cup you can pee in it gets collected in a bag on your leg. You might check pilot supply stores because pilots have been doing that for years. 50 years ago, they just use plain old diapers. Then we got into the whole disposable thing.

Purewick for men! If the doctor will not allow a Foley catheter to be put in then a Pure Wick would be wonderful. This is what my brother uses.
