Your post and your profile do not give enough info to go on: "I am caring for my mother Kitty, who is 84 years old, living in independent living with age-related decline, anxiety, arthritis, depression, and sleep disorder." You live in California. Are you your Mom's PoA? What is she doing that makes you think it's "time to go"? Go where?
