Stephanie, before posting a picture, especially if it is of a love one or a caregiver, I would think you would need permission from them.

I remember some time ago, a nurse in a hospital posted somewhere on-line a photo of a patient which by doing so broke HIPAA privacy laws. The nurse was fired.

If photos of people are pictures you want to post, if there is any way to blank out their faces so they cannot be identified.
