My dad has had several strokes and a quadruple bypass. Has trouble walking and caring for his home and self. I was wondering how I could get paid to care for him.
Most family members do not get paid to care for parents. If your Dad is indigent, and he lives in one of the few states that allow it, you can receive some compensation for his care. But it's not a living wage. Check with your state's Medicaid department.
