So my mother lives with me my sister and my GMA she is not my guardian my GMA is. She is a horrible person.she basicly steals from my gma. My mother has no income has no house no anything really and the only reason why my GMA has anything to do with her is because she promised my moms mom that when she died she would take care of her.long stories short she eats all of our food takes our money smokes in our apt hits me and I need help getting rid of her

Your grandmother is your guardian. You and your sister live with her. So does your mother. Right so far?
It sounds like your mother is not your Guardian's daughter, but your Guardian promised your other grandmother that she would take care of your mother. Is that right?
This arrangement is very stressful for you. Your mother contributes nothing and is abusive. Right?
Now, what else we need to know:
1. How old are you and your sister? Are you in school? Do you work?
2. Is your mother disabled? Mentally ill? Unable to work? Why does she need someone to take care of her?
3. Where is your father in this whole picture?
4. How does Guardian Grandmother deal with this? Does she, too, want your mother out of there?
5. Is there a caseworker involved in this situation at all?
6. Are you in the US? What state?
We'd like to give some suggestions. I hope you will provide a little more background.
