If this yelling/cursing is brand new behavior, I'd get him to the doctor for testing. If it's not due to a UTI (urinary tract infection), it could very well be due to dementia, which brings with it all sorts of odd & ugly behavior. While it's not easy getting old, it's also not easy for you and Nanny to be putting up with such mean & nasty behavior from someone you love! All the best!
