Well the good part about this is that she thinks your an angel. That’s pretty sweet visual of what you are to her.

Just nicely say "Mom, you are still with us". She may not mean her, she may mean her husband. Can't remember what word my Mom used for bra but she kept saying it over and over. Finally she pointed and I knew what she was talking about. Its hard for them to find the right word it ends up being a game of charades.
