Locate the home health agencies in your area. Try to find one that does not have minimum hours since you probably do not need that much home care. Most agencies offer transportation and bathing services.
There should be one or more home care agencies in your area natania, you can look them up or contact your agency on aging to find them. Unfortunately they do charge for their services but it will be money well spent.
Some senior centers even have volunteers for certain situations.
