Find Care & Housing
Your brother needs to find a job. Things are opening up now there has to be something out there even if minimum age. If he is 62, he can apply for SS. He can apply for Medicaid for health.

Does she have Medicaid for health? If so vision maybe covered, depends on the State. Does she have straight Medicare or a Medicare Advantage? If an Advantage plan, then vision maybe covered. If she has a suppliment of any kind call and see if they cover vision. Maybe they will cover the exam but not the glasses. If so, you can always get glasses thru Lense crafters or places like BJs. Some of these combine the exam and glasses cheaply.

If no Medicaid you may want to look into it.

Your profile says, "I am trying to take care of my 94 year old mother and my unemployed brother. I cannot afford to pay their bills."

You certainly should not pay their bills. If you haven't already done so, please contact social services for her county to see what aid or help she may qualify for. I'm assuming you are looking for more than just frames, and she needs the prescription lenses as well? You can also contact her local area's Agency on Aging and they can probably direct you to resources for low-cost glasses and other things she may need. Is your mom on Medicaid? If not, please ask the social workers for an application.
