My sister has PD and we are beginning speech therapy. How can we get those 4 sessions 4 times a day mentioned on your site?

Speech comes to evaluate swallow ability and how to prepare thickened liquids as a consult.. If you are thinking someone will come for every meal, that is custodial care. You will be required to train hired caregivers how to do this

Physical therapy is usually ordered by a physician because it is medically necessary/appropriate treatment. The patient must not only cooperate but also make progress. Once they refuse, or plateau, PT stops. The amount of PT depends on what state, what doctor, what health plan, etc. Is your sister on Medicare? Four times a day is a lot and sounds like it would be for someone in a rehab facility...

I do not know where you heard mention of such a thing on this particular site as we are simply a bunch of caregivers from around the world. Perhaps a reader or a caregiver was getting this care? I can't know. But if so they were getting it in their own facility through the direction of their own medical teams.
This is something to take up with your loved one's medical team where you live.
I wish you the best of luck.
