When and where will I be able to get the COVID-19 vaccine. I am 79 years old with mild COPD?

BarbBrooklyn Dec 2020
I read today that the CDC has recommended that the next eligible groups (after Medical personnel and those in congregate living situations) are frontline workers and those over age 75. So yes, be in touch with your PCP.

Call your pulmonologist.

Sorry, we are from all over the US, UK and Canada mainly. There is no way we would have this information. As Alva has suggested, your PCP would be the best one to ask. I would also ask how a live virus would effect you. They have warned that first shot can make u sick and u need two. Also, a small amount of people have been found allergic.

Check in with your primary physician; you are front of the line.
