Narrow angle glaucoma?

My husband, age 66 who is generally healthy (had aortic valve and aorta replacement at age 50, on Warfarin ever since) sent to see the Costco optometrist yesterday. She recommended that he see an ophthalmologist due to a choroid nevus (I have one, discovered the same way, at Costco) and possible narrow angle glaucoma?

Anyone here have any experience with NAG treatments or management?
