Need a protector to stop shampoo in my face. Any suggestions?

I have great trouble washing my hair in the shower.

When the water or shampoo runs over my face. I cannot breath.

I have seen loads for babies and kiddies but none SPECIFICALLY for adults.

I do not have anyone that can wash my hair (forwards or backwards) over the sink, so the shower in my only option.

May be one of you lovely people will be able to help? I am in UK

What about using a tennis visor?
