I am caring for my husband with stage 4 Parkinson’s disease. He is on a Duopa pump motor symptoms. Anyone in a similar situation?

 He was first diagnosed in 2004. The cognitive aspects of Parkinson’s are so hard to cope with. It’s executive function dementia. Anyone in a similar situation? How do I keep myself going after 14 years? I have help 7 hours a week spread over 3 days.
