Dad's doctors say he needs to go to a memory care facility. We have POA, but what's the process to get him there if he fights us physically?

Once we get everything in place for Dad to go to a facility. We will then have to figure out how to get him to go in. He will fight us tooth and nail and there will probably be violence on his part. He can be very mean. Do we have to take him before a judge? And from there taken? We have POA and 3 doctors agree he needs to go. But there is no way he will give up his freedom voluntarily. When we bring up taking him somewhere he says he will disappear!
