Mom (84) is a hoarder. I cleaned out home, had roaches removed and now cleaning out again. How do I get out of this cycle?

I feel it's an unsafe enviroment. She fell 4 yrs ago broken hip rehab 2 months. Now has dislocated shoulder, doing rehab again. Cleaning out again, roaches everywhere due to she would not let them spray as needed in the rooms. She is hoarding again never had license I’ve cared for her since I was 16 she has told My daughter granddaughter not to call her again. Her BP is high doctor smiles agreeing with her happy-go-lucky self put on until we leave. Medicare social security only. I did insist Dr send request for home health to visit. How do I get out of this cycle? I can’t work my sub job, have to be there at her beck and call, clean up behind her 5 dogs, to feed scoop poop. I want out. Any ideas? No other family to assist.

Wow, you've got a lot on your plate. Good that someone is coming for a home visit.

Can you rehome the dogs? Or at least 4 of them? I don't think that a person that can't take care of themselves should have pets.

Can she get some at home services? Or does she need a NH?
