Is anyone finding help for their burnout from nutritional or herbal supplements? Please share.

I'm feeling so stressed that I forget things, like I never have before. My sleep is good, cuz I use a little valerian. But feel foggy some days, & have low motivation. Not sure what supplements might help me with this daytime "fogginess," (but not cause nervousness). Thanks for sharing. ✌🌸

Sounds good! I bet the b12 will really help me. I have all the rest, just maybe will increase dose.Thanks.
