Somebody, to the right of your question is a large box that says Find Care & Housing. Click the box for what you are looking for, type in your zip code and click “see my results”.
I just did this and both came up homecare agencies for after Hospital stays. They only provide therapy and aids as long as Medicare pays. One being 30 miles away. None of the agencies that provide aides or nurses longterm are listed. I know we have a few in my area.

You need to go to the yellow pages of ur phone book or go online and look in your area.
