How do I edit my profile?

This seems to have been asked before, but many of the answers don't correspond with my screen or have been deleted as an old closed question. Please could I have a new clear answer? I put absolutely nothing on the profile when I joined the site, and want to add a little detail. And could you add 'site' to your list of topics that this question has to relate to? Thanks
