You wrote that you're too far from the OCTD station. Regional and local transit authorities can offer different kinds of transit. "Linehaul" is the kind you're referring to; stops at made at regular stations or points or access, on a scheduled route.
Paratransit, a/k/a small bus, is door-to-door service. Your local public transit authority can provide information on small bus services. In my area, it was only $1 one way for door-to-door service w/I a 10 mile radius. Arrangements do have to be made in advance though. However, you can't beat a few bucks for a ride!
Some Senior Centers offer the same paratransit service but to limited destinations, such as only within the community, or to specific grocery stores, and on specific days.
Senior Centers can also provide Boost or Ensure, if they've made that arrangement. And it's 1/2 price. Dad used to get about a 2 week supply of Ensure.
As Barb suggested, contact your local county government for more options. Or, if FL has a senior agency at the state level, they might be able to help, but I think local agencies would offer more information, especially for your specific area.
Do you have neighbors who might help out? You could pay them to take you shopping; some seniors I know have done this, or have just given a list of items and reimbursed the shopper when the items are delivered.
But, please do check out your local transit authority and Senior Center first.
Uber and Lyft. Many public transit authorities will also have door to door service for the elderly at the same price as a bus ride. You have to schedule it in advance. But as others have suggest, why not a mobility scooter if it's not too far away. That would be my first choice if it was me.

I think some stores offer delivery. I haven't used delivery. but you have to order online? or on a smart phone.
do you have ANY family that can help occasionally?
in my county there is a "department of aging and adult services"
can you check for that in your county?
