My mom was not of sound mind when she signed an advance directive. What can I do?
Her brother and her "boyfriend" had her sign an advance directive when she was still out of it from having a stroke. She was not in a state mind or sound to be able make a decision like that. What can I do?
Is there anything in the advance directive which you believe is incompatible with what your mother, in her right mind but under the same physical duress, would have wanted?
