I take care of my mother whom has dementia in my home. My sister, who is the trustee, will not give me any money out of trust to help. Any advice?

With my mother....I have guardianship ...how can I get paid as I am caring for my mother?

Please take your guardianship papers and visit the attorney who prepared the documents or another elder attorney and explain the situation to him or her. They should be able to help you. I’m sorry you are having this problem.
