I cannot get my parent diagnosed from a doctor as he has fired them as they know nothing. Any advice?

I am his principal care giver and daughter. He gets violent and takes swings at me when he gets frustrated. I’am totally burnt out. What can I do? I have no Family support in the care of him. What can I do legally?
