My mother has received 2 or 3 payments into her checking account for Veteran's Aid and Attendance but still has not received the back payment. Any experience with this?
I signed to be the fiduciary, will she need to open another account if they are already sending direct deposit checks to her monthly? I have not heard anything since signing the fiduciary paper.
