My sibling forced mom to sign a POA. Mom has dementia and now yrs later we found out sibling fraudulent forged a release to parents home from one sibling. The POA sib filed for reversed mortgage and the release was about since my deceased dad is on title with mom.

POA has responsibility to keep all parents affairs private. Health and financial.
When did you last see mom? Stage of dementia is very difficult to determine. The best thing is to see her, then decide what help you can provide.
