My aunt is showing signs of forgetfulness and her friends are concerned. Where do I start for help?

Hi. After living through this stage, I can tell what I did. It was hard at first, because of Hippa laws . Confidentially issues. But I called my moms Drs office and told them exactly what I saw was going wrong with her memory. My mom has me as her medical and every other type of power of attorney there is, but that was my first step. Hope this helps
