How do I get my mom to adult daycare when she doesn't want to leave the house?

My Mom suffers from Alzheimer's and isn't comfortable leaving the her home. It seems like she would benefit from the socialization adult day care could provide - it would also give her caregiver a break. But how do we bring it up when she doesn't even want to leave the house for a quick dinner?
