I have received a letter from ISBH asking me to make a state for an alleged abuse.

Why 8 months later?The ADON wanted me gone.She stated so too.

I assume that you are going to make a statement as to what happened, and list the witness.

Accusations of misconduct in a care center are serious, and must be investigated. Certainly that does mean all accusations are founded in fact, but you can see why they have to be checked out.

Don't panic. Just explain what really happened.

I worked there 19months and yes I was accused.I am innocent.I even had a witness

Yes in October of 2016.The letter was dated June 1st.

Is this a board of health asking for your observation of abuse? Are you an employee in the nursing home? Are you the one being accused? Provide a little detail and tell us what you want to know.

ISBH? What is the question and why would they ask u for a statement? Did u or someone else complain? Need more info.
