Can Hospice provide transportation for a Cancer Patients?

A co-worker has been battling Cancer....one of her last wishes is to see the Ocean, smell the Salt Water and listen to the waves. The closet shoreline from Schenectady is Bridgeport, CT. We would love to get her there, but have no means for transporting
