How to cope with sexual assault charges?

I am writing in behalf of my caregiver who had 2 other clients both of which is members of my family. one of which is my daughter. Who IQ'd at 9 years old. She wanted to live with a man that is the same age as me that couldn't take care of himself much less a person like this. To get her way filed VAPO against me then took it to the next step in another county over a month later got a Temporary Sexual Protection Order and notice of Hearing. I have no doubt in my mind that our caregiver never did anything out of the way to any of us. Is there any help of him out there or where do we start looking. Court don't assign PD as this a civil case right now and the Local Legal Aide won't cuz it might end up being turned over as a criminal

we have been trying to find legal help but it seems that no one wants to touch it cuz it rocks back and forth between civil and criminal. If my daughter has her way with this my friend will lose his job as IP that he has had for about 14 years be labeled as a sex offender probably jail time. Long term finding a job not a good pic. Nobody wants to hire someone labeled like that

Your friend desperately needs legal counsel. He needs to find a way to hire an attorney. Perhaps he has family who can help him.

This is a scarey story. We claim to be a society who provides legal counsel if one can't afford it, yet if it's a CIVIL case, that is not true. Frightening.
