How do I get Mom to go to see the doctor for a diagnosis?
I'm pretty sure that my Mom has dementia/Alzheimer's. I has been a least 6 months since she's showered,and she stands in the same spot for 2 hours at a time,staring ff into space. We need help!
Yes, you need help. Call the MD and get mom to the ER for altered mental status. If she has not bathed for six months, and you can't figure out how to get that done, she needs to be in someone else's custody.
