I am 76 with medical problems, can my grandson care for me and get paid by the state of California?
He's 19.

No, but he can get paid by you. If your doctor orders in home care, it is paid out of pocket or by Medicaid waiver or VA Aid & Attendance if you are a wartime veteran.
