Are there any support groups in Oklahoma City?

Best resource I have ever found is Alzconnected. They are there 24/7 for you, very well trained people with some great counselors who will give you info and a lot of support even during the wee hours at night. It's 800-272-3900, please call them anytime, they will talk you down from a panic attack, give you answers to your questions or direct you to a proper source, and HEAR your fears and frustrations. They also have a message board, you can just read or post a question. Also subscribe to the "Fearless Caregiver" online, it's free and has good info also. I'm going to my second conference in April, lots of good reading online though. I wish you a peaceful evening.

Lots of them. Any nursing home or health care facility has groups.
