My husband's brain is swelling due to leaking blood vessels and he is becoming confused and weak. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to cope with this, or anybody been through it?

my husband had radiation in the brainstem 5 years ago and the blood vessels weakened and started leaking blood which resulted in the brain being very swelled. its like a stroke in the brainstem. as a result its affected his eyesight and extemely confused. also, very weak. this happened 2 months ago and i don't see any improvement. any body have any thoughts on how to cope with this or anybody been through it?
