A friend has diabetes and already has had one leg amputated. He has gangrene in the other leg and they can't operate. How long can he live?

it's hard telling - if it becomes septic he could pass in hours. The best ting to do is talk with his medical care provider - IF they'll answer your questions. He might have to give his permission for them to talk with you but that's easy enough to do.
