I'm a bipolar caregiver. How can I cope?

Bipolar is a serious disorder where it's tough enough to care for oneself. If you are caring for an elder on top of this, I just can't imagine how you do it. The very best to you and all of your family. I hope you are able to keep up on your own self-care. That is vital.
