There are agencies everywhere that provide help, but, there is a great site called sittercity.com. There you can find a multitude of very qualified people. You can also be very specific about days/hours you are looking for & what you are able to pay. Also, be specific about what you are looking to have done, as some people don't want to do certain things. Interview people & have them meet & hang out with your loved one before deciding. Sometimes peoples credentials may be great, but, the way they interact w/your loved one doesn't quite work.
