I'm a single 58-year-old male and had to move my mother in my house to care for her. How do I manage the stress of caregiving?

It doesn't get any easier! I had to quit my job 2+ years ago, to stay home with Mom full time. She has Parkinson's and dementia. I will be 59 in 3 weeks and have been married for 37 years. That almost ended a few times because of the situation we are in. Mom just turned 83 and is in good physical health and could live for many years yet. But she can no longer walk on her own, or even do the bathroom alone.
The dementia will eventually force us to put her in a home. I have 6 siblings, 5 close by, but get hardly any help from them. Mom is in adult daycare 3 days a week and I now have a CNA coming in 35 hours a week to help out. Her long term care insurance is paying for that.
Call your local senior center and see what they have to offer. They usually have staff that can direct you to services in your area. Definitely try to get some help. You cannot do this alone. Good luck!
