Do you know that "burnout" is now recognized officially by the WHO (world health org)? but not yet added to DSM-5 by Amer Psych Assn.

This link https://www.forbes.com/sites/karlynborysenko/2019/05/29/burnout-is-now-an-officially-diagnosable-condition-heres-what-you-need-to-know-about-it/ Describes burnout only from the 'workplace' standpoint, (not including caregivers?) Just sayin'.

Burnout isn't just in the workplace, for example: parents of autistic (or otherwise disabled) children would testify to so much freaking burnout that their marriages frequently end in divorce. Just sayin'.

I believe that stress and burnout are interchangeable conditions with many of the same symptoms, physical and mental. Stress has been recognized as a diagnosable condition for a long time.
