Mom has PD and her tremors are getting more frequent and more intense. We had been given a new medication that worked really well, but now we are having to give her other medications to stop them. She has already had two major episodes today! Part of the problem is that she fights relaxing. She has asked caregivers for a shot or pill to make them stop...and I wish there was a magic pill to get them to stop. She is very impatient also; wants the medication to work immediately! I have left messages with her neurologist (who we just saw last month but she was doing so well at that time) and her PCP to see if we can get some suggestions on what to do. Ugh.
