When I look at the questions how do I view the newest post first?

Below the question there should be an option to go to the "last" page, you can scroll forward and backward by using the "next" button.
If you have commented on a question it will also be added to your "news feed" over on the right of the screen and new posts will show up there. Also, is you want to follow a thread without making a comment you have the option to click "follow" below the question.
BTW, there are no stupid questions here (well, hardly ever) we all had to figure it out!
