Is it OK to set up MyMedicare site for Mother as a authorized representative?

Hardtodo, I remember back setting up accounts for my Dad so I could watch his financials, social security, and Medicare. I just pretended to be my Dad, and any security question that may be asked I knew the answers. I had Power of Attorney for both health and finances so I felt ok doing this.
