Are there any groups for parental/child alienation due to a fraudulent conservatorship in Santa Barbara, California or Southern California?

Ummmmm that seems a bit too specific to have a special support group. I belong to a "peeling paint photography society" on Facebook which my partner thinks is quite laughably specific, but one such as you mention above is very specific indeed.

I would suggest that you do go on facebook and look up dementia support groups, elder care support groups and join. I think while you may not find a specific group, you will find forum of people dealing with the same tough issues.

I sure do wish you good luck finding an elder care support group in future.
